Commisions will be sent via E-mail in a .rar archive.

Emotes and YCH Emotes: 4 separate transparent .PNG files in the Twitch required sizes, (112x112, 56x56, 28x28 and 500x500).

Animated emotes: 500x500 Gif.

Icons, Sketches, Chibis : 2000x2000 PNG.

Twitch Panels: 1200x3000 PNG.

Sub badges: 18x18 // 36x36 // 72x72 // 300x300

Once i start the sketch, it won't be a refund.

All payments must be made upfront.

+ 6% paypal fees total of the purchase.

I will start working on the commision once I've received half of the payment, the other half will be received once the commision is done.

I will be sending you advances of the commission during the Line art, coloring, details and/ or when you ask me.

Please ask for any changes before i starting the line art.

You will have 3 free changes after the line starts, if you want any other change it will have an extra charge.

Minor changes (like small adjustments or color tweaks) are free.

Larger changes (such as pose or composition) will require an extra fee.

Once the final art is approved, only small edits will be accepted. Major changes will have an additional charge.

The delivery time of commissions can depend of the number of commissions asked, response time and the type of commissions.

I have to warn i'm currently studying, so i have projects and a lot of homework. sorry if i have big delays.

I will not proceed with the commission until each update I send is approved.

All commissioned artwork is for personal use only, unless commercial rights are purchased.

I consider Twitch use (such as emotes, panels, stream graphics, etc.) as personal use, so no commercial fee is needed for that.

Commercial use applies only if the artwork will be used for merchandise or products for sale (such as prints, charms, apparel, etc.).

If you are unsure whether your use case counts as commercial, feel free to ask me.

Due to the nature of this work, there will be no refunds available once I have started work on the sketch.

I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time due to inappropriate behavior, lack of communication, or breach of these terms.

I may reply with updates at unusual times due to time zones or personal scheduling. Please feel free to reply at your convenience.

English is not my native language, so there may be times when misunderstandings occur or my communication isn't perfect.

I hold all the rights for the commissioned work and not the commissioner. I can post my works on social media and my portfolio.

My work cannot be used for any illegal, obscene, or defamatory purposes.

The commissioner is allowed to use the artwork for personal use only, such as personal prints

For full commercial rights, a +50% fee applies.

Your information (such as references, mails, etc) will be kept confidential and will only be used for communication and transaction purposes related to the commission.
